Exercise bikes are also called static bikes, or studio cycles, but regardless of their name, they are possibly the best home exercise equipment. They are also fairly straightforward to use with no difficult programming necessary, although it is available on some cycles. But nearly all of us learned to ride a bike when we were younger so nothing could be easier than getting on and peddling. And what’s more you’re content you’re not going to come off, however lazily you ride. And you don’t have to concern yourself with traffic either! Many people also ride exercise bikes for warming up and down, before and after their workout routine.
